How long does my order take to ship?

Average order processing time is 2 days. Average transit time for deliveries is usually 3 to 4 business days after order processing for non-expedited orders. Our standard method of shipment is via USPS. Once your item is shipped a USPS tracking number will be issued.

Do you offer international shipping? 

It depends on the legality of the knife in the concerned country. Contact us through email for further questions and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

What is your return policy? 

We will do our best to make sure that the product is packed in the best way possible to prevent damage while shipping. If you do receive a package with clear damage from the shipping process please make a claim with the shipping company as soon as possible. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please email us to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. We will be unable to help you if you have not already placed a claim with the shipping company. All of our products come with lifetime warranty. We don’t cover Rust on Damascus Blades as it is a high carbon metal and normal wear and tear which might occur from using the knife. Sheaths are not covered in the lifetime warranty.
